MANDATE OF THE WATERDOWN BIA:
The Waterdown BIA is a business Improvement Area Association in the geographic bounds of the BIA district.

It is run by the Board of Directors who seek to provide Business promotion and improvements. The BIA has a two-fold mandate: It seeks to encourage property owners and tenants to improve, beautify and maintain property and buildings within its area, and through this, promote the business and shopping area. It is the BIA's challenge and responsibility to become involved in the marketing, streetscaping improvements, seasonal decorations and business promotions of the Waterdown community.
